Satisfied customer - hawaii holiday

Just wanted to drop you a line now we're back - wanted to let you know that we had an amazing time and are very grateful for all your assistance making the arrangements.  I know I raised a question about guaranteeing specific seat but it worked out fine in the end, and actually I realised we didn't get charged for any checked baggage on any of the internal flights we took, so I think we came out ahead in the end!

As for the holiday itself, New York was great, and the hotel was brilliantly located right next to Grand Central Station, which made getting everywhere an absolute breeze.  There was even a walkway from the station into the hotel lobby which was great considering that it was -15C outside!  Maui was brilliant as well, Laura and I were incredibly impressed with the Westin Maui, its facilities were brilliant, the staff were wonderful and the location right on Kaanapali beach was brilliant.  

 We absolutely loved our time away, and would recommend the hotels and locations to anyone in a heartbeat, and those came from your recommendations, so thank you very much.  We are truly satisfied customers!
